Inside, the house boasts three beautifully appointed guest bedrooms spread across two levels. Upstairs, two bedrooms feature a balcony and garden access, while downstairs, separate accommodation (there is no internal access between floors) includes a fully ait-conditioned cozy bedroom and ensuite with courtyard access, perfect for adults getaway with privacy and relaxation. The living spaces are ample and open, complemented by a large verandah overlooking a scenic reserve, ideal for unwinding with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring all culinary needs are met. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a fenced garden area featuring a timber deck perfect for alfresco BBQ and dining. An outdoor hot and cold shower provides a refreshing post-beach rinse, while a fire pit invites guests to cozy up under the stars (please bring your own wood) Located just across the road from a serene bushland reserve and within a short stroll of Foreshore Beach, it offers easy access to natural beauty and outdoor activities.
