This spacious 4-bedroom\*, 2-bathroom home borders beautiful New York State Forest land! Enjoy peaceful surroundings and easy outdoor entertaining on the large deck, complete with a grill for cookouts. Inside, the cozy living room features a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The home offers heating and air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in every season.  
Located just 6 miles from the heart of Ellicottville, you’ll have the best of both worlds—peace, quiet, and privacy, yet close proximity to the shops, restaurants, and year-round activities the village has to offer. This house comfortably sleeps 8 guests.  
Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Doubles  
Additional Details:  
• Dog friendly – bring your furry friend along!  
• Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
