Good option in Salamanca
This hotel is a good option to stay in Salamanca. It is well located in the main street at walking distance to some restaurants and shopping mall. The staff at the reception is very friendly and willing to help you with the reservations and transportation. I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room, some hair left from previous guest but they took care next day. The restaurant is good, the food is well prepared with reasonable prices, the service could be better. Very good hotel.

In Mexico, it is difficult to find the room which have the bath. After business, I can take a bath in the room. That is good point and make me relax.

Convenient access and easy to find.
For those who are new to Mexico and or driving in Mexico for the first time, this hotel is visible as you drive in from the west and easy to reach. Good facilities, parking etc. Front desk staff speak good English and are really pleasant and helpful.

Holiday Inn Salamanca
The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant connected to the hotel had a great staff and great food. They were very attentive and provided great service. Overall the hotel offered more than what was expected.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't very positive. Pillows need replacement, Service at the lobby needs improvement. I wen't there for a convention and next time I will rather staying in Irapuato or Quueretaro.

Large and nice rooms!
I very much enjoyed staying at the Salamanca Holiday Inn. The room was much larger than I expected - it had couches and two beds, with a very modern feel. My room was on the 6th floor, which provided a beautiful view of the green landscape of Salamanca. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I go to Salamanca.

I stayed here only for two nights 07-08-10 to July 10, 2010 and must say this was the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at by far and I have been a guest of Holiday Inn on every continent. The food was excellent, and the room service was outstanding, The room? CLEAN-CLEAN-CLEAN! The hotel staff was more like family. Not one complaint..... Yes, there is one-I wish every Holiday Inn was as fantastic as this one! GREAT JOB HI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Modern Hotel

La regadera estaba tapada y se inundó el cuarto, mojándose hasta la alfombra. Cunado llegamos nos dio un olor a humedad indicando que esto ya tenía varios días sucediendo. Lo reportamos a la recepción, ojalá no vuelva a pasar.
