Had a restaurant and shop not even 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location, the area was pretty quiet when we went in march which was perfect for us. There were busses running to Santa Maria snd was a 20-30 minute walk down and taxis right outside the hotel to get which was perfect. There was also another bus to their resort on the beach with a restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to ponta preta beach. The location isn’t ideal, but there is a free shuttle bus several times per day to the city or beach. The sofa and bed are a little uncomfortable, but the room is well equipes with a decent kitchen and good shower. The pool is decent and the site is green and well kept. On site shop is an absolute rip off, avoid if you can, the restaurante and bar are moderately priced however. The private beach was probably the best part, and the lack of/poor WiFi the worst. The place called out for more vibrancy, but it was comfortable enough to be more than just a place to sleep and we needed some peace and quiet anyways!"
