The location is great and the hotel makes you not only want more but feel you can afford it. Good price with lovely accomodation and breakfast. Excellent towns to walk to or go further with the help of public transport. Very friendly in staff and visitors when I was there.

This hotel is very close to the train station as well as a Family Mart and 7Eleven. The food options in the are arent the fanciest if that is your thing, but there are good places to try tonkatsu or yakiniku etc. The hotel breakfast was also good. I was able to do laundry which was not expensive and the bed was probably the biggest Ive personally slept in in Japan. For this kind of hotel it was a very good deal.

Near Saitama stadium

Very conveniently situated near the train station and Saitama stadium. The room was clean and big. The twin beds are also movable that you could place them side by side and have a bigger bed. Have a mall, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The only issue I have is a "buzzing" sound in the room. I don't know where it was coming from. I initially thought it was from the exhaust fan, but it wasn't.

東暪むンは䜕床か八朮を利甚させおいただいおいたすが、毎回スタッフさんの察応が良く、それもあり今週回、仕事で北戞田ず浊和矎園を利甚させおいただきたした。ただ浊和矎園のフロントは酷かったです。チェックむンの際フロントには2人の女性スタッフがいたしたが、2人で宅配業者の察応をしこちらには声かけおすらなく。䞀旊倖出した際も、他のホテルでは「行っおらっしゃいたせ」「お垰りなさいたせ」等、声掛けをしおいただきたしたが、浊和矎園の女性スタッフは目は合っおも声掛けは䞀切無し。結局チェックアりトたで、䞀蚀もスタッフずは䌚話もせず声もかけられたせんでした。 八朮の東暪むンのスタッフさんの察応はい぀も本圓に良かったので同じかず思ったのですが残念です。たたたたなのかも知れたせんが、私にはその䞀回の印象しか残らないので、他の東暪むンは利甚させおいただきたすが、どうしおもずいう時以倖は、浊和矎園は2床ず利甚しないず思いたす。

駐車堎が満車で少し遠かったのが残念。隣接した駐車堎に停められなかった時にスヌツケヌスを車から䞋ろすずころが無く車道に䞀時停止しお降りなくおはいけないのが䞍䟿でした。郚屋にパゞャマが無くフロント暪に眮いおあるのに気が぀がず、郚屋に行っおから無いこずに気が぀き、戻らなくおはいけないのが䞍䟿でした。自動チェックむンでしたがフロントにスタッフがいらっしゃったので䞀蚀助蚀しお欲しかったです。
