It's close to a small shopping mall and near many of Chichibu's principal tourist attractions. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. We loved the huge window and balcony: it makes room bright and gives a lot of fresh air. Also, with installed air conditioner you can adjust the temperature at your liking. The bed is big and comfortable. Everything is new and fresh. Room was maybe the cleanest I have seen so far in Japan. Staff is very kind and helpful. They have accommodated all our requests. During the breakfast staff provided me detailed information on the contents of food. As a vegan, it's usually hard for me to find something to eat, but here staff really helped me out. Thank you. Seems just basic stuff but should be an economical choice worthy of consideration. And although they do not have a very good command of English, things can be done in English.
