I purchased two lemon drop martinis,it wasnt made with real liquor. The room smelled like it had water damage. There wir cables coming out of the sand .They didnt have plastic bags for the ice buckets.A big ball of hair was in the toilet. The person ,that took me to my building wasnt informative. The coffee lounge smelled like there was water damage. Very outdated. Stains on walls. Poor TV quality. Says laundry machines available but when asked was told to go to laundromat down the street. Beach was dirty. I was told I'd have to wait a no rooms are available. I had to wait 2 hours to finally check in causing me to miss a meeting. I then had cockroaches in my room. Overall, the experience was not great. People were nice but definitely not what i expected. I travel in different areas of the world and this customer service was sketchy. I recommend staying somewhere else.
