Our villa is located at Legislature Lane, Garapan. Takes 3 minutes car drive to DFS and 3 minutes car drive to the beach(Street Market).   
Our villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 living room with a kitchen mix. We have enough appliances, such as：TV, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, bbq sets, and stove, etc. Visitors can BBQ and cook in our villa.   
We also have 24 hours hot water, internet, and free parking area.  
If you need a tour guide for recreational activities, we have our exclusive tour guide that can help you out! we provide VIP service and reasonable price of activities.  
We also can help you with car rental, find you local price and good condition vehicle.

No response from the owner. A terrible area. The gate to the property was padlocked. We had to give up and go stay at a hotel. Made a police report.
