The residence consists of a main villa, annual home owners and 5 cottages, a salt pool, all built on 3800m² of tropical garden.
Two studios facing the pool for 2 people
a T2 in rez of garden which can accomodate 4 people.
a ground floor T3 for 6 people
and a hut built around a tree that can accommodate 2 people "a real nest of love"
Ideally located on the North Basse-Terre close to the white sand beaches of the leeward coast.
Sainte Rose and the largest municipality in area and the second in number of inhabitants of Guadeloupe.
You will find, the Museum of RHUM, the town with its fishing port, with departures for scuba diving, the visit of the mangrove and the great cul de sac seaside (natural reserve), sulfur baths of SOFAÏA ( departures of hikes).
and you are a few kilometers from the famous Botanical Garden of DESHAIES ex-property of Coluche.
The main axes to travel all over Guadeloupe are 2 minutes.

Que du bonheur à Karukea
Magnifique accueil , la propriété est superbe , le chalet au fond du jardin est très fonctionnel et au calme avec accès à la piscine . Ambiance feutré idéal. Apéritif commun au top. A 5 mn de St Rose et parfait pour sillonner sur l ensemble de l ile. Il faudra y revenir.
