Jul 19, 2018 #### Excellent séjour. La maison a du caractère et offre un confort très apprécié. À ne pas manquer. Superbe séjour chez Michèle et Jean-Pierre (les propriétaires) qui nous ont accueilli comme des amis. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise dans cette superbe maison. Le confort et la propreté sont deux points remarquables. Les chambres offrent une literie de bonne qualité. Des ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres, associés à un petit courant d’air naturel (fenêtres ouvertes) permettent de s’endormir sans grande difficulté même par forte chaleur. À noter que les deux salles de bain ont une douche commune (ce qui n’est pas gênant pour les familles). Les espaces de vie sont tout simplement incroyables. La grande cheminée dans la cuisine/salle à manger/séjour apporte un superbe cachet à cette pièce très agréable et lumineuse. Salon télé très confortable pour les fins de soirées. La cuisine propose un équipement comme à la maison... four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et une très bonne machine à expresso ! La terrasse est une alternative sympathique pour les repas, offrant ombre et fraîcheur. (Seul bémol : la propreté des grilles du BBQ. C’est bien sûr un détail, et sans doute le seul point négatif sur toute la maison, mais il nous a empêché de profiter de ce plaisir n’ayant pas le temps de les nettoyer nous-mêmes. Mais je suis convaincu que Michèle et JP vont rapidement remédier à ce tout petit problème). Le jardin et la piscine constituent quant à eux des espaces comme on en rêve pour des vacances réussies. Très grands, on y trouve en permanence des espaces d’ombre et de soleil. Ils sont remarquablement entretenus et propres. Les ados ont apprécié la table de ping-pong se trouvant à l’avant de la maison. Devant la maison, passe un chemin de randonnée qui mène au château de Fenelon tout proche. Nombreuses randonnées possibles dans le coin. Nous avons apprécié le classeur « info » que Michèle a soigneusement préparé. Tout y figure : randonnées détaillées, événements, numéros d’urgence, restaurants, marchés locaux... Nous avons vraiment aimé la situation de la maison. À 20 min de Sarlat, 40 min de la grotte de Lascaux, 5 min d’un loueur de kayak pour une petite descente de la Dordogne. Bon boulanger à 3 km pour les viennoiseries et le pain du petit déjeuner (compter 15 min aller-retour). Au même endroit, juste à côté du boulanger, on trouve une boucherie, une épicerie et un bar/resto. En résumé, un excellent séjour dans une superbe maison de vacances. Nous y retournerons. Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2018 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent Mar 28, 2014 #### charme,beauté et douceur Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce lieu magnifique.Le gîte se situe dans une très belle maison périgourdine rénovée avec goût et parfaitement équipée.Les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée ont été très appréciées. Pour résumer nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons chaleureusement et sans hésitation ce gîte. Archival ### 8/10 Good Mar 27, 2014 #### 9/10 Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine avec nos 3 enfants et avons été séduits par le charme authentique de cette maison, qui allie équipement de qualité et charme de la vie à la campagne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande cheminée pour réchauffer nos soirées autour d'un beau feu de bois. La maison est grande, les lits sont bons, la déco est sympa. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr aussi pour revoir cette région au printemps, car nous ne la connaissions pas et elle regorge de visites à faire. Merci.
