It's a fact that we all spent an horrible night this day ... We are not responsible and are really sorry about that. But it's definitively not representative of the confort and of the atmosphere of our hôtel. We hope to have the possibility to receive you again. Best regards.

Hello We're sorry that your stay was not entirely to your liking. The smoking area is right at the entrance of the building and it is possible that the doors were left open because of COVID, the smell entered the hall and we are sorry. However we are surprised that you didn't tell us about the stains in your bed at the reception desk or about your shower problem. Cleanliness being a priority which is usually well recognized in our house, we couldn't let this pass and we would have changed your room immediately. Concerning the reception products, they are available at the reception desk. Indeed we limit the number of reception products in the rooms because of the covid. The products in the rooms that have not been used must be thrown away, as they are labelled green key, we limit waste. Concerning the restaurant, this one is open on reservation before 6pm as we cannot provide our usual buffet based menus. We hope that you will have the opportunity to come back and get a better opinion of our establishment. Best regards Véronique
