Le lieu et le design de cette villa sont grandioses

Très belle location très bien situé juste face à la mer. Très bien décorée avec une très belle piscine et sale de sport. Avec une sdb par chambre, c’est idéal lorsque vous êtes à plusieurs couple. Seul point d’attention, certains draps et oreillers étaient couverts de taches….et n’avaient clairement pas été nettoyés.

Wonderful 10 days at Villa Paradou. We did not want to leave. The view from the terrace is absolutely spectacular, we were mesmerised every day just watching the yachts. Location is brilliant for the beach and the restaurants of Sainte Maxime. Lovely meals at La Gaudina, Petits Galet, Maxime Plage, le Planque and on the last night had a pizza delivery from Amandina. The ferry to St Tropez is 15 minutes walk away and runs regularly, only takes 20 minutes and so cheap - about 15 euros per person return. Also runs till about 2am.Highly recommend hiring a boat via click and boat, Pascal took us out and we had the best time. Only tiny niggles were that we read beach towels on the property amenities so hadn't brought ours. And the bedding was a bit strange - single duvets on double beds and polycotton bedding, would have been nice to have cotton bedding for such a luxury property.The pool is amazing, really big and our teens spent hours in it. We never want to return to the same place on holiday as there is too much of the world to see but the whole family said they'd love to return here one day.In summary I do not think you will find a better rental property in this area.Absolutely stunning.

Lovely host. Amazing location

Marie was a very helpful host. The villa is in an amazing location overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez. Great for viewing Liners and Superyachts. There are no binoculars there, so if you like that sort of thing then take your own. As previous reviews state, the house is right on a very busy road. However you soon get used to the noise. The pool is a real bonus but note that it is not heated and was still quite cold initially when you get in, again however you soon get used to it and its lovely once you're in. It could also be cleaned more regularly. Overall we would recommend this villa, it is reasonably priced and therefore good value. Car rental is essential in our opinion.

What an easy & wonderful vacay, thanks to the perfect house we stayed in! Easy location from which to travel - but also the views from the house were enough to make one want to stay home & enjoys the ocean view. Waking up to beautiful sunrises was priceless!

Everything about this house was wonderful.....the residence, location and amenities were top rate. Interaction/communication with the owner and rental agent was best we have ever experienced with a VRBO rental. Highly recommend this property!!!

Prachtig vakantiehuis

De locatie van deze villa is schitterrend. Op wandelafstand van het centrum van Saint -Maxime en direct aan het strand gelegen. Het domein zelf is prachtig. De villa is groot, mooi ingericht, goed onderhouden. En de uitzichten zijn gewoon fenomenaal. Wij hebben hier met onze familie enorm genoten en zouden zeker overwegen om terug deze villa te boeken.

Beautiful villa on Saint Tropez Bay

This villa is a very special place with great value for the price. Sleep with the shades open and watch the lights of Saint Tropez twinkle a short distance across the bay. Great entertaining and easy walk to everything. Room for everyone to have privacy and great and plentiful common spaces. Would definitely book again!

DON’T STAY HERE!

I had a truly upsetting experience during my recent stay at this villa. Thieves broke into my room and stole some of my most valuable possessions, including: - A very expensive handbag - Jewelry made of precious metals and stones - Pricey shoes. I called the police right away, and they came to document everything. I can’t help but wonder if the host knew about the thieves and told them when to come. Honestly, the whole situation felt really suspicious. I'm still waiting for the investigation to wrap up, but I wanted to share my story to warn others. Please be careful if you're thinking about staying here. Until everything is cleared up, I'd strongly recommend looking for a different place to stay! Be careful! I don’t recommend this villa!

unexpected complication

We stayed at this holiday house for a week, and while it had a great location and view and was generally nice, several major issues ensured we won't book it again. First, the grill lacked the tube connecting the gas bottle to the burner, posing a serious safety risk. Attempts to contact the owner went unanswered. Second, upon arrival, the house had a musty smell, and the outdoor furniture was dirty. The mustiness cleared after ventilation, and the furniture was cleaned after contacting the owner. The biggest issue was the "studio," which was advertised as part of the main house but was a separate, moisture-ridden structure resembling a staff house. Its bedroom felt like a basement, plagued by mold and poor ventilation, making it impossible to sleep there. We had to book a hotel for those meant to stay in this health hazard. Additionally, at checkout, the cleaning crew threatened to throw our luggage, including passports and electronics, onto the street if we were even just 5 minutes late. Finally, €560 was unauthorizedly deducted as an „additional service charge“ from my credit card after the stay, due to us being "strenuous renters". This behavior is not only unacceptable but also illegal. Given these issues, we won't book this house again and can't recommend it to others.

Family holiday

First impression was that the pool and patio was covered in pine needles/leaves on bottom of pool etc. They had a mistral over the weekend which had caused a lot of the mess as it had been cleaned on the Saturday. Dealt with promptly as pool man there following morning at 6 am to clean and looked tons better after initial meet. As with a 4 month old baby, 1 year and 8 year wanted it to be perfect. Short of 1 baby cot which mattress did'nt fit but made do as arrived at 7pm and needed to put to bed. Sorted following day.Would have liked a basic welcome pack just to get us through first night as would have stopped of in St Maxime to pick basics up if known. Lacking in towels in annexe and toilet rolls but managed to share out. Agency was efficient and helpful after initial misunderstanding on meeting at office in St Maxime as with taxi and hire car went straight to villa as it had been long journey for babies. But the villa , position, views, equipment ( gym, table tennis, beds, bikes etc) were fantastic and will definitely look to return. Having spent the last 30 plus years above St Raphael in the forest this was a welcome change and beaches and sea were so much cleaner and being able to walk to most places and save the hassle of driving was a bonus. All the family loved it with the views, pool and facilities.

Great Vacation

We stayed here for 12 days and the place was great. The location was perfect. Close to the water, and spectacular view. Its is walking distance for some nice dinners down by the sea. Being on the south side of St Max made it great for trips to St Tropez and Ramatuelle beaches. The house was very clean. Everything worked. Great Experience.

Absolutely perfect!

We had the perfect stay in St Maxime. The location of the villa is simply unbeatable - literally on the beach. The views over the Med from the living room, bedrooms and pool are absolutely stunning and the villa itself is beautifully appointed and really luxurious. We felt completely at home straight away! We are a family of four with two teenage children, who had plenty to keep them happily occupied throughout. The warm welcome provided by our hosts also made us feel really special. This place really is a little piece of paradise!

Fabulous Villa Outside Sainte-Maxime

Our stay at the Villa Paradou was super - we loved the openness and space in the house, great kitchen, wonderful verandas on several levels, perfect location, fantastic views and a pool that warmed up considerably in the second week. We had only a few issues with the pool draining/leaking which were handled by the company daily, and with the lounge chairs on the terrace, some of which were old and fraying, and these were handled promptly and professionally by the property manager. We would be delighted to return to Villa Paradou, and wish you a great stay.

Wonderful Villa

This Villa is amazing. 25 minute walk along the beach to town. Fantastic restaurants in town, and in nearby towns. Kitchen very well equipped. And big, everything is big, the views and the space. We used the gym downstairs everyday, and very nice for everyone to have their own full bath. 20 minute drive to Saint Tropez.. Marie was a perfect host. I would stay here again and again.

Beautiful spot for a fabulous vacation!

We booked this house for a family vacation and it surpassed our expectations. The house is actually a bit larger and more spacious and airy than the pictures make it seem. The living room/dining room area has high ceilings and we really enjoyed hanging out there together. There are many patios and outdoor spaces, and we made great use of the ping-pong table! The main road in Sainte Maxime does run in front of the house, but the house is totally quiet, cool and comfortable. We all slept well and the bathrooms were also a little nicer than the pictures (though the showers are small) but plenty of hot water. Best surprise was how nice the beach right at the bottom of the driveway was! We booked chairs at some local beach clubs (we loved Mario Plage!) but we also loved swimming right across the street from the house—it was awesome being that close to the sea! Overall we were thrilled with the house and the location. We were also able to walk into town (about a mile) which we did often. Our only comments for improvement are that the house could be better stocked for guests (we had to buy toilet paper, soap, sponges etc.) and there were no beach towels so we had to buy those as well. But the kitchen was well stocked with plates, mugs and utensils, and the fridge is large. We had an AMAZING stay and we absolutely recommend this house and Sainte Maxime!!
