Anthala, a single-family house surrounded by trees, offers a natural garden with parking for three cars on the premises. In the district of Sémaphore, this south-facing vacation rental is situated 700 meters from the center of Sainte-Maxime and 950 meters from the sea and beach. It is a prime location for your holiday rental, with shops, grocery stores, bakeries, and pedestrian zones within walking distance.

Enjoy the private, natural state property spanning 1,600 square meters, complete with a natural garden and ample parking space for three cars. Soak in the sun with the south-facing position and take advantage of the nearby hiking trails in Massif des Maures (5 km) and Massif de l'Esterel (25 km).

The keys for Anthala will be handed over by the INTERHOME agency in Sainte-Maxime, located just 1 kilometer away. The property is a spacious 5-room house spanning 140 square meters, beautifully furnished, and featuring an entrance hall with a separate guest toilet. The living and dining areas are combined into one open space, complete with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a flat-screen TV. You'll have direct access to the garden from the living/dining room. The house boasts four bedrooms, each equipped with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower facilities, while one has a hand-basin and shower. All four bedrooms provide direct access to the garden.  
  
Amenities Included  
The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with modern amenities, including four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additional amenities in the house include a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer. Furthermore, the property offers electric heating, free Wi-Fi internet access, and reserved parking for three cars. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one dog allowed on the premises. The house is equipped with a smoke alarm and is designated as a non-smoking property.
