Aug 23, 2016 #### Perfect place for a relaxed family holiday We spent a week here with our 4 children aged between 15 and 26 and everyone enjoyed the holiday. The house is located less than a minute's walk from the beautiful, expansive beach which is perfect for long strolls, sandcastle building and family football matches! The owners have thought of everything to ensure your comfort and enjoyment - a large living/dining space with TV/DVD, comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen with American-style fridge-freezer, a separate games room with table tennis and table football, bicycles of all sizes and good, comfortable beds with flexibility as to singles/doubles as required. We enjoyed some beautiful weather and spent the evenings in the garden to the rear which is very tranquil with just the horses in the neighbouring field for company. The owners live locally and are very friendly down- to-earth people, quick to respond to any queries. Merci beaucoup pour ces supers vacances, Françoise et Guy! Es hat hier und das etwas an der Sauberkeit gemangelt, aber nichts gravierendes. Der einzige Negativpunkt war die sehr langsame Internetverbindung, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts, da es nichts besseres dort in der Gegend gibt.Wir können das Haus nur sehr empfehlen und würden auch wieder kommen! ##### Michael S. Die Versorgung im Winter ist nicht üppig aber absolut auf den Punkt. Mehr braucht man nicht. Besonders schön fand ich den Ausblick aus dem großen Terrassenfenster auf die Pferdeweiden mit den Trabern, die mich auch am Strand sehr erfreuten. Mal was anderes. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes, welcher in der ersten Woche nach der Saison häufig fast menschenleer war. Zudem lassen sich mit dem Auto viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Contentin-Halbinsel recht schnell erreichen. Das Haus ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und war bei Ankunft in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht (bspw. Grundausstattung an Öl, Essig etc. und ein kleines Begrüßungspaket bei Ankunft), vor allem gestaltet sich der Kontakt recht unkompliziert. Auf Rückfragen vor der Anreise und kurz nach der Ankunft wurde unmittelbar geantwortet. Der Garten des Hauses ist rundum eingezäunt und damit für kleine Kinder als auch Hunde gut geeignet. Es stehen auch genügend Gartenmöbel etc. zur Verfügung. Im Schuppen auf dem Grundstück gibt es auch noch diverse Fahrräder (auch Kinderräder). Aug 19, 2018 #### Séjour très agréable dans un gîte confortable et bien équipé Le gîte est très propre et confortable, même pour un groupe de 8 personnes tel que le nôtre. Le jardin clôturé était idéal pour nos 6 chiens. Le gîte est situé près d'une large plage, idéal pour les promenades avec ou sans chiens!
