### Normandy Home near Utah Beach, pets allowed

Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's property. Ground floor: Living room (wood-burning stove, TV with DVD player, Starlink internet). Kitchenette (microwave, espresso machine, induction hob, dishwasher, freezer compartment). WC. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (queen bed + single bed). Bedroom 2 (double bed). Bathroom with WC (bathtub). Washing machine. Shared courtyard. Private, unfenced garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shelter. Pond on the property. Shared swing and slide. Table tennis and foosball table in the courtyard. Electric heating included. Firewood provided. All utilities included. Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning optional. Baby equipment available on request. Bicycle (traditional and electric) and horse stall rentals available. A restaurant and relaxation area (sauna, relaxation shower, and massages by reservation) are located on the property (closed from November 15th to March 31st). Two electric vehicle charging stations are available (charges apply on site). The cottage is part of the Domaine d'Utah-Beach, a 330-hectare estate in the heart of the countryside offering various services.  
The wooded driveway leading to the property was used early on by American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944\. Utah Beach is located just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a town within the Cotentin Marshes Regional Natural Park.  
The estate comprises four cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm, and stables. The "Chez Arsène" restaurant offers dishes prepared with fresh, local produce each evening, including beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, "Utah Beef."  
  
The price does not include: charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
