"The location of the house was superb for morning and afternoons on the beach for swimming, relaxing and introducing a toddler to the sea. The house itself was beautifully equipped and comfortable for us all, and the small town perfect for early morning coffee and excellent croissants with a choice of small restaurants for other meals. Great location for exploring the sights of Normandy too."

"The size and location were good. I had thought that there was private parking but it was actually on the road side. Luckily the road was very quiet. The fittings - furniture, bathroom fittings and kitchen ware - were old and worn. There was lots of crockery but few pieces of cutlery and mugs - unless you wanted chipped or plastic ones. Bearing in mind the house was for 6 this (mugs and cutlery) would have been a problem but we had our own mugs and were often only 2 in the house. The house was...

"We enjoyed our stay very much and the views from the property on Gold Beach are both stunning and sobering at the same time. Others have noted the layout of the floor plan is a bit quirky but it is perfectly manageable and nothing could beat the location. I recommend staying here."
