Situated close to Lower Rhine, High Rhine and Vosges at the bottom of a valley. Summer (hiking, castles, paragliding, mountain lake serviced), winter (cross country and downhill, snowshoeing etc ..). On site all shops on foot, Tourist office 100 meters, silver mines to visit (Tellurium and others). All the bottom of a good cool house in summer with courtyard (barbecue, swing, 2 chaise-longue), beautiful tiled yard, with 2 garden tables (8 and 6 places) .. 3 sleeping rooms with total bedding included, well equipped for 1 to 6 people (10 people with 2 clic-clac in relief, beware then to inconvenience overcrowded) and 1 cot for infants child. Free parking opposite the house no car limit. Price varies according to season and number of people. Flexibility in arrival and departure. Advantages: Central heating in all rooms for the winter and fans for including heat stroke, 16/9 satellite TV with DVD player and DVD self-service, secure wi-fi. Parts with numerous readings, 2 extra-sofa bed in addition to the standard 7 seats including bedding cot for 1 child in infancy. Washing machine, microwave, large fridge-freezer (347 L), large electric oven, 4 hotplates, large shower (120X80), cabinet with 2 large mirrors in bathroom. Needed for ironing, standard coffee maker and Senséo, rice cooker, toaster etc ... Any crockery up to 10 people. Beds with bedding (pillows and cushions, blankets, duvets, cotis) for: 1 double bed 180/200, 1 bed 190/140, 2 beds 190/90, a cot and 2 sofa-bed, always with complete bedding. Ce logement (de mineurs) atypique, dont la description dans l'annonce et par notre hôte s'avère tout à fait exact, est vraiment original. Il est très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Les lits sont confortables, la douche bien chaude. Le petit vin d'alsace pour l'accueil est très bon (merci !). Notre hôte s'est montré à la fois disponible et discret. De nombreuses explications, verbales ou écrites, permettent de s'orienter sans difficulté. Nous sommes venus pour les marchés de noël et le logement est bien situé entre Colmar (45min) et Strasbourg(1h) avec tous les villages de noël entre ces 2 grandes villes. Man merkt, dass er es mit Freude macht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man nur brauchen könnte. Auch Dinge wie Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Kochutensilien... Eine tolle Ausstand für kleine Kinder (unsere waren 2 und 5) Es war nicht ganz klar in der Anzeige, dass das 4\. Schlafzimmer gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer ist. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et prendre contact avec la vie des mineurs du passé. Dans le village on trouve tout : restaurants, alimentation, pharmacie, médecin, piscine... Seul bémol à ce séjour, la location qui est de notre point de vue très vétuste et n’est pas en adéquation avec le prix demandé.
