Take advantage of the 7-metre swimming pool, heated from 1 May to 15 September. The south-facing terrace lets you soak up the sun all day long, in the pool or over a meal. The house is set in 5,000 m2 of land, much of which has been preserved as a natural area with a secure pond. Enjoy this serene setting with your family or friends. The house is bathed in light and offers all the modern comforts that travellers love! The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. This 120 m2 residence has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 occupants. It has : Ground floor: \- Entrance hall with cupboards and WC. \- Lounge with sofas, armchairs, television, DVD player and wood-burning stove. \- Living room with large dining table. \- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, piano, food processor). \- Utility room with storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer.
