The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, as well as storage and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds and storage. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, with TV and DVD player. Fully equipped, sheets and towels are provided (one small and one large per tenant) as well as cleaning (excluding kitchen area) at the end of the stay (possibility to request additional cleaning services during the stay, not included in the rental price). Ski locker, private parking space in the basement. On the ground floor of the residence you will find a supermarket, a shop of regional products, the ski equipment rental shop Skiset (Sainte Foy sports III). Several restaurants (including at the residence level) and bars in the resort. Point of attention: tenants do not have access to the aquatic area of the residence, reserved for MMV customers.
