"This hotel was perfectly located for our Ottawa stay. Good bed, spacious room, kitchen with dishes, laundry and great location. While it was a good location, walkable to all we wanted, it was quite noisy on a busy street with lots of truck traffic. There is also homeless in the area (as in every city) but we felt very safe waking around even in the evening. Would stay in this hotel again. "

"The one bedroom apartments are great! They are comfortable and bright. Love the full kitchen as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facilities are fantastic with many different types of rooms to relax or hang out with friends in."

"Wonderful experience at Sonder, very comfortable rooms and felt safe and cared for in a new city. No fan in the washroom and no coffee filters provided for the complimentary coffee, but other than that it was a very positive experience."

"Our room was spacious and quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked for everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall lovely stay. The microwave didnt work, smelled like wires were burning. Also, air conditioning didnt keep the room cool at all."
