Villa Yin and Yang 300 m2, panoramic sea view, up to 12 people, in the luxury development of the Hotel \*\*\*\* Toubana (50 meters), 1.5km from the entrance of Ste Anne, ground floor with private plot of 2000 m2, indoor parking for 8 or 10 cars. Villa very pleasant to live in, ventilated by the trade winds that cross the terrace and the open living room on both sides! Very well equipped, large swimming pool (12.5 x 5.5 m) facing south, view towards Marie Galante and the Saintes. Housing Free access to the La Toubana Hotel beach at 200 meters by crossing the hotel. Free access to the Caravelle (Club Med) beach at 1,5 km by a footpath behind the villa. It has 4 bedrooms and 12 adult beds: \- 1 master suite of 32 m2 + private bathroom with king size bed of 2 meters and large bathtub having view on the swimming pool and the sea + 1 single beds. \- 1 large bedroom of 21 m 2+ private bathroom. Two beds 1 meter joinable + 1 single bed. Villa soignée et bien équipée. Adsl rapide, canal+ canal sat. Le plus : proximité à 50 mètres de l’Hotel Toubana avec sa plage et ses transats à louer (mais c’est pas obligatoire pour séjourner sur la plage), bar de plage et resto. J’espère revenir pour une plus longue durée, pour savourer le plaisir de rester davantage dans la villa, la proximité de Sainte Anne et de la plage du Club Med à 10 minutes à pied. Une voiture est nécessaire, emplacement central pour les excursions en Basse Terre et Grande Terre, la villa est située juste avant les embouteillages de l’entrée de Sainte Anne. ##### Lydia I.
