Maisons très confortables, au calme, mais mérite un peu de rénovations (surtout l'extérieur)vue la hauteur du plafond dans le séjour prévoir 1ou 2ventillateurs. Le barbecue est à remplacer (un planchas plus facile à utiliser)pour le reste super pour une famille, merci pour le jacuzzi ma petite fille était folle.....

MAISON JUMELEE SPACIEUSE A RAFRAICHR
Maison jumelée spacieuse avec terrasse vieillissante en bois bien agencée et agréable, le jacuzzi est top. Salle de bains à l'étage à refaire, rideau de douche hors d'âge et sale et grosses traces de moisissures au niveau du bac à douche. Problème de prises électriques qui ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée rapidement pris en charge par Mélissa qui est très réactive, agréable et disponible à toute heure, mention spéciale pour son colombo de poulet. Attention chantier pour la construction d'une nouvelle résidence à 50m avec va et vient incessant de camions à partir de 7h le matin donc bruyant pour encore quelques mois...Pas de transats alors qu'ils apparaissent sur les photos, manque un petit salon complet pour prendre l'apéro. Dommage le potentiel est là (grande maison, quartier agréable proche de bois jolan) mais qui nécessite un rafraichissement et de quelques équipements supplémentaires pour être au top.

Un logement qui pourrait nettement s'améliorer
Malgré une annonce tres attractive, le logement manquait d'aménagement en cusine, de table de salle a manger. Il n'y avait pas de reseau wifi ni de chaises longues exterieures. Dans les environs, à vrai dire juste en face, des travaux de terrassement débutaient chaque matin à 7h... avec le bruit des engins de chantier...

Un accueil chaleureux a notre arrivée en Guadeloupe par mélissa qui nous a préparé de bons petits plats à notre arrivée accompagné du rhum de bienvenue la maison est parfaite et calme avec 2 WC qui est un plus le petit plus le jacuzzi après la plage est appréciable rien a dire tout était parfait merci à Melissa et a gilles pour ce séjour inoubliable

Nous avons été accueilli par la très sympathique Melissa. Elle propose également de nous concocter des petits plats créoles livrés sur place et le forfait menage a votre départ. A notre arrivée nous avons eu la bonne surprise d’un ti punch de bienvenue et d’une déco de lit originale.
