Very nice desk staff. Nice pool. Noisy on balcony, but gorgeous sunshine and view of the mountain. Houskeeping staff need to take items out of the fridge and empty the coffee machine between each guests.

Everywhere we looked it was clean, kids had fun in the pool and the guests were quiet in the hotel. Our only complaint was the highway traffic we could hear all the time in our room, probably because we were the end unit though. We would definitely stay here again!

The hot tub and pool area were dirty. The floor around the pool has mold and the hot tub walls had a dirt film. The young lady that greeted us looked like she didn’t want to be there and did not tell us anything about the services. We didn’t know we had to leave the towels outside our door, the cleaning crew does not go in your room to change them. There is no bath rug. It’s floating floor in the room and there is no entryway rug so when you walk in with winter boots the floor is wet, you have to wipe it down with towels. I get this is a more affordable hotel for the area but it could be cleaner.

For the price the hotel is a good bargain. Clean, proximity to the ski resorts, shopping and dinning is all great. A couple small things that were weird: 1)the key cards had a habit of becoming deprogrammed at a very high frequency to the point you needed to check every time you left the room to make sure it was still working and 2) the TV in our room never worked. When checking in overheard another couple at the front desk asking about the TV. When ours wasn’t working as well I asked the front desk about it to get a bit of a blown off answer about it.I get the feeling the TV’s are hit and miss and the staff have all but given up on the issue. The TV never did work during our stay.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, argued with me that I didn’t have a reservation until I showed them my Expedia receipt. No towels in the room, extremely dirty room. I would avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay.

We booked this hotel as part of a business trip for our team. We book hundreds of stays per year for our remote teams and always have good experiences with the accommodations we choose. When our team arrived, the receptionist refused to take our company credit card because we were not present, in person. They then refused to take our staff’s company Visa’s (they’re through a debit service and do not have printed names). After speaking with them on the phone directly, they wanted nothing to do with our credit card and our reservation. Their explanation was that there is a lot of fraud. Which in this case was completely irrelevant given the team called me and I am the card owner. All this to say, they refused our business, made an already long and tiresome day worst for a credit card we provided them with. I understand this won’t affect the majority of stays at this hotel, but if they can welcome guests like this, I’m afraid to think how they would deal with more serious issues.

Not the most clean or pretty hotel, but it was perfect for a last minute one night stay! Hotel is well located. Our room was right next to the Lobby and surprisingly the soundproofing was amazing. There was a mini fridge, some plates, and microwave in the room which was helpful. The view was really nice. I would stay there again if I needed just a simple hotel to sleep.

Very bad experience
Heater in the room started making a VERY LOUD noise in the middle of the night. It was impossible for us to sleep. Spoke to the receptionist, who did notjing. On top of that, the jacuzzi was turned off and out of order and the pool was dirty and not usable. Very bad experience. Not coming again.

Night shift check-in was simple and the receptionist was a nice gentleman. Room wasn’t super clean but overall fine. Bathroom definitely needed a second look. Checkout receptionist was not friendly whatsoever and didn’t even greet us or say bye. Gave us a face when we asked if we could give a gratuity to the cleaner with our card on file.
