Nearby: Dunières (5 km) (greenway, rail bike, tourist train, all shops and services), St-Didier-en-Velay (12 km) (medieval village, fishing at La Péchoire lake), Riotord (8 km) (Boutières Ecomuseum). The private entrance leads to a garage, and a few steps lead to the first floor, which consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace (wood available at an additional cost: €3/basket), one bedroom (one 140cm bed), a bathroom, and a toilet. The second floor, a mezzanine, has two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and a crib, the other with two 90cm beds. Outside, an unenclosed courtyard (100 m²) and a boules pitch are separated from the gîte by a small path. Services included in the rental price: \- Bed linen included \- Heating included from May 1st to September 30th \- Horses and riders are welcome. Additional services: \- Oil-fired central heating at an additional cost from October 1st to April 30th (charged based on actual consumption). Wood provided at an additional cost: €3 per basket. \- Cleaning fee at €50 It is possible to rent another small gîte for 2 people (H43G006537) at the same time. Property managed by a professional.
