Located in a quiet area between Mer and Golf Esterel, close to shops.  
Grand Rez Villa 60 M² completely renovated in 2017 consists of a living room with closet, kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave, coffee maker.  
Bedroom with wardrobes, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet.  
The accommodation is entirely tiled in natural stones.  
Separate entrance completely with that of the owners.  
Terrace of 15 M ² with garden furniture to take the meals.  
Garden with deckchairs to rest.  
Downtown St Raphael 2km with its Provencal covered market every day.  
Coastal path with red rock beaches or fine sand at 2km.  
3km Frejus, visit the historic center.  
Ferry Port center city departure for cannes Lérins Islands, St Tropez ...  
60 Km from Nice, 80km Monaco, 120km Italian border.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce rez-de-villa spacieux situé dans un quartier résidentiel de Saint-Raphaël très calme, peu passager et facile d'accès. L'accueil par Carine a été très sympathique. L'équipement de toutes les pièces et de la terrasse est complet, bien conforme au descriptif de la location. Nous recommandons sans réserve. A. et M. Harrois
