Un peu plus au-dessus de la gamme formule 1
Inadmissible de ne pas avoir de l'eau chaude pendant le week-end et de changer les codes d'entrée durant le séjour sans nous les communiquer. Nous laisser dehors la nuit dans le vent en attendant une demi heure avant qu'autre client vienne par hasard, c'est inacceptable

Null, très cher pour ce qu'il propose
Intolérable de changer les codes d'entrée au milieu du séjour et de ne pas les communiquer aux résidents. Faire attendre des nourrissons dehors dans le vent et la personne qui prend les appels de saint priest à Lyon mets 20 min avant de répondre pour ensuite nous communiquer pendant 15 min au téléphone des codes erronés. Hallucinant et inacceptable.

C'était juste avant une intervention chirurgicale,! l'hotel se trouvant en face du CHU de st Etienne... le seul problème a eu lieu à l'arrivée le dimanche soir : pas d accueil, donc on doit appeler un numero à Lyon pour avoir codes du parking et de la chambre, personnel sympathique, mais ça n'était quand même pas simple. On était dans le froid et la neige, passé pas mal de temps au téléphone, attente et explications car au départ déjà, j'hésitais à communiquer par tel les numéros de carte bancaire ! surprenant alors que je les avais déjà transmis sur le site sécurisé pour la réservation..même si on m'a expliqué que c'était pour la caution au cas ou détérioration. N'y aurait-il pas d'autres solutions ? je regarde vos offres, d'autres occasions plus réjouissantes se réaliseront peut-être. Un agréable hébergement s'il n'y avait pas eu ce problème à l'arrivée

En dags overnatning
Vi brugte hotellet som pit stop på vejen til Spanien i bil. Vi er en familie på 5, derfor ideelt ifht lejligheds størrelsen. Man skal dig være opmærksom på at receptionen er lukket fra kl 1930 af, og hvis du har brug for wifi er det ikke muligt at få hvis du kommer derefter. Lejligheden var ikke specielt godt rengjort, og der var en lugt af fugt i hele lejligheden.
