La Villa Mamba située dans un paisible hameau, à deux pas du château de la Roche Courbon, à 20min de Saintes et de Rochefort, 40min de Royan ou Châtelaillon-Plage et 45min de la Rochelle ou Cognac peut accueillir 10 personnes. Elle se compose d'un salon, salle à manger, salle de jeux avec billard, cuisine, véranda, buanderie, 4 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, plus une salle de bain en RDC. Un terrain arboré et une piscine de 11x5m viennent agrémenter ce manoir.
