20 m from one of the most beautiful beach in the bay, "rohu" residence enjoys an exceptional setting. Completed in 2016, "The ROHU" is a small condominium (3 lots only) of luxury that was designed to offer both the benefits of a house and the "functional" side of a modern apartment. The landscaped garden and the wide open SOUTH openings on the terrace allow you to enjoy every ray of sunshine.
The apartment duplex is spacious (115m²) and has 3 bathrooms including 2 en the rooms.
Access to the apartment is independent and there is no opposite.
Closed parking lot.

Excellent séjour

Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la mer même lorsque le temps est capricieux, en deux pas on est sur cette très jolie plage de Saint-Pierre. La maison est très agréable, grande, lumineuse avec une terrasse et un jardin suffisant pour que des enfants puissent jouer ou pour poser son transat pour bronzer. Communication parfaite, échanges fluides et rapides, nous recommandons !

Traumhafte Lage, ABER...

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft und ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Übergabe durch die Verwalterin verlief reibungslos. Allerdings gab es einige Probleme: Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Nach unserer langen Anreise mussten wir zunächst selbst putzen. Der Kühlschrank war in einem schlechten Zustand, mit Klebeband reparierten Teilen. Ein Teil der Tür eines Hängeschranks fehlte. Die Esszimmerstühle waren mit Saucenflecken und Krümeln bedeckt. Das Sofa war in einem traurigen Zustand, mit löchrigen und dreckigen Armlehnen, auflösenden Nähten und einem angebrochenen Rahmen. Wir haben die Kissenbezüge gewaschen und eine große Decke gekauft, um das Sofa nutzbar zu machen. Bei der Übergabe wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Schloss eines Elements der Terrassentür defekt und nicht abschließbar war. Obwohl das gesamte Türelement eh demnächst ausgetauscht werden sollte, wurde das defekte Element nicht aus Sicherheitsgründen fixiert. Unsere Hinweise an den Besitzer blieben ohne Reaktion, also haben wir selbst improvisiert. Das WLAN funktionierte über eine Woche nicht, und wir konnten den Grund dafür nicht herausfinden. Insgesamt ist die Lage wunderbar und die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich, aber die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Hauses ließen zu wünschen übrig. Besonders enttäuscht sind wir darüber, dass der Besitzer auf unsere Anliegen in keiner Form eingegangen ist. Wir hoffen, dass diese Mängel zum Wohle künftiger Gäste behoben werden.

Bel endroit

Maison bien située et bien orientée proche de la plage et du centre de st pierre. Petit bemol, la vétusté des meubles et du frigo, des escaliers peu pratiques et l absence de barbecue qui etait pourtant renseigné dans les équipements. Malgré cela nous avons passé un tres bon sejour.

Super logement parfaitement localisé

Malgré un temps maussade le logement de par sa proximité immédiate (50m) de la plage permet de profiter pleinement des eclaircies ;) Le logement est tres agreable avec une terrasse et un jardin et un cabanon tres pratique pour stocker le materiel (wingfoil, surf... ) enfin la decoration, les materiaux nobles et l'agencement sont appreciables Nous recommendons

Belle maison et super bien située

La maison est très bien agencée et meublé avec de belles prestations pour une maison de vacances. De plus la situation est idéale au fond de l'impasse au calme à proximité d'une magnifique petite plage comme on les aime en Bretagne... les 3 logements sont bien séparés donc aucune gène. Je recommande vivement :)

Très belle maison à proximité de la plage !

Un propriétaire extrêmement réactif, à l’écoute et qui montre beaucoup de souplesse. Une très belle maison fonctionnelle, située idéalement à proximité de la plage, tout en étant préservée des regards. Bref, on se sent chez soi. Un pur moment de bonheur !

Super sejour

Très belle maison confortable et bien équipée... Idéalement placée.. Impossible d'être plus près de la plage ce qui nous a permis de belles promenades variées selon les marées... Bien sûr en décembre le temps est forcément aléatoire mais la région est tellement belle que cela compense... En résumé très bon séjour entre amis...

Maison agréable,mais le ménage laisse à desirer

La maison est très agréable,bel environnement Plage toute prête. Mais grosse déception, nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage avait été fait. Sable dans les douches Cheveux dans les lits Four très gras Poussière sur les cafetières ect.. photos à l appui si vous vous voulez. Dommage car ce sejour aurait pu être idéal On a quand même du faire le ménage en arrivant.Pour le prix de la location. On s attend a un intérieur super propre

Maison et emplacement parfaits

Super séjour: la maison est moderne, confortable, au calme, située quasiment sur la plage (baignade et pêche à pieds), à 5mn en vélo du centre de Saint-Pierre. En ce beau mois de février nous avons même déjeuné dehors sur la terrasse plein sud. Ç’aurait été parfait si la récepteur TV satellite avait fonctionné: il ne captait rien et le propriétaire n’a pas été en mesure de proposer une solution. 5 étoiles quand même.

Séjour très sympa

Nous étions 2 couples en vacances à Saint Pierre Quiberon. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location et son emplacement idyllique dans une impasse très calme , à réellement 20 m de la plage. Le logement est spacieux, très bien agencé et confortable.....un bémol quant au manque de transats et de barbecue ou plancha qui nous auraient permis de profiter davantage de la jolie terrasse et du soleil de la Bretagne... Nous sommes prêts à revenir à Saint Pierre pour un autre séjour.

CANON !

ENFIN LES VACANCES ! Superbe location spacieuse et très bien équipée à quelques mètres de la mer ! Envie de châteaux de sable ou d'une pêche aux crevettes ? Hop à la plage ! Envie de flâner dans un transat ? Hop au jardin ! Envi d'une petite glace ? Hop ... à la Cour d'Orgères ! Tout est fait pour se détendre, rire, contempler, admirer... Vous comprendrez en arrivant. Bref, une semaine très réussie avec le soleil en prime. On a qu'une seule envie... y retourner ! A bientôt Saint Pierre Quiberon ! NB. Une mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux !

Un séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette magnifique maison , à 20 m de la plage , au calme ...le quartier est très agréable aussi et la promenade du soir sur la plage jusqu'au centre de Saint-Pierre était un très bon moment avec de jolies lumières... La déco est très bien et soignée , la maison bien située car pas très éloignée de Quiberon . Nous y reviendrons tous avec grand plaisir .

Très belle maison en bord de plage - Magique

Magnifique maison joliment décorée située dans un environnement magique. Tout a été au top pendant notre séjour !!! Je conseille fortement aux familles qui apprécierons la plage à 20m et le calme (la maison donne sur une impasse). Nombreuses activités à quelques minutes à pieds. La presqu'ile regorge par ailleurs de jolies balades à faire.
