Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 86 m² house with sea and mountain views for rent in Saint-Pierre, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 28 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
  
First floor:  
\- 39 m² living room with TV, double sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, cookeo, crepe maker, etc.  
\- A shower room (with shower and WC)  
  
Second floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with mountain view  
\- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) with sea view  
\- Bathroom with corner bathtub   
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, fan, clothes steamer.

\- Covered terrace of approx. 14 m², south-west facing, with furniture.  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
