Villa of 150 m2 habitable, spacious with large volumes and over 100 m2 of terraces with deck and Pergola (short finish), open to the ocean.  
  
It comprises on the ground floor:  
  
\- A large living room of 40 m2 with 2 large windows overlooking the terrace, the pool, the deck, the Pergola and the Ocean.  
Equipped with a large TV (Oled: the best of the picture now), with cable channels - and a high-end hi-fi system for experienced music lovers (Réga "maia 3" and "cursa 3" + HP columns "B & W"), as well as a PS3 with its DVD and blue-ray player, an Apple TV ... and his foosball!  
  
\- A large covered terrace, with its heated pool (salt), deck & sunbathing (Pergola in short finish) ... a large table with 10 teak chairs, sea and garden.  
  
\- A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with large stainless steel sink, dishwasher - built-in oven, microwave, large fridge, large gas hob, extractor hood, traditional coffee maker + coffee maker "Gusto" pods (pods not provided), a kettle, a toaster, a rice pot ... cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, pans ... etc..  
  
\- An air-conditioned room of 16 m2 with a bed of 160x200, a large teak desk (160 x 70 cm) with a computer "iMac" at your disposal with unlimited high speed wifi connection...  
  
\- A nice bathroom with its walk-in shower and black stone basin.  
  
\- An independent WC with its washbasin.  
  
\- A large garage that can accommodate 2 large cars, with electric curtains and electric sliding gate.

\- A small garden of 80 m2 sea side, giving access to the coast (difficult to access, however) via a small footpath ... Fishing lovers will have a great time!

Located in a quiet and residential area of Grands-Bois, Saint-Pierre in the South of Reunion, undoubtedly the most beautiful region of the Island, a real gateway for all your excursions.  
The villa is located at the end of a dead end of a small luxury private estate, less than 30 meters from the sea, offering an idyllic situation of calm and tranquility, only disturbed by the sound of the waves, some endemic birds or a few straws-in-tails.  
You can admire from June to November, the passage of whales and occasionally dolphins ... and after dark: exceptional sunsets that offer the site a totally romantic and relaxing atmosphere.  
The fishing aficionados will be able to give their heart to joy since the coast is accessible on foot by a small pedestrian path (a little difficult however), also offering the possibility of a small perilous ride on the volcanic rocks of the shore.  
  
In about 2-5 minutes, you will find shops nearby: bakery & pastry, grocery store, frozen food store, fruits & vegetables, butchers, fast food, medium-sized trade, Saint-Pierre hospital, the post office and its cash machine, fuel station ...  
  
At 5-15 minutes, you will also find very pleasant tourist places like the "basin 18", the beach and the lagoon of Grands-Bois, the center town of Saint-Pierre (very pretty and very animated) with its pretty arranged beach (showers, WC, lifeguard ...) and one of the most beautiful beach of the island "Grand-Anse" ... etc.

#### Perfekt Stay in St Pierre

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa a lot - perfect host, perfect house and a perfect location. All infrastructure in the house worked well, beds were comfy and the view is marvellous. Next time we will just to straight to Grand Bois for perfect Samossas etc and not drive all the way to town :). Thanks Olivier !

We spent three fantastic weeks in Saint-Pierre. What a great island, what a great place to stay! We were given a very warm welcome by our host and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were overwhelmed by the house. It exceeded our expectations and the view was unique!

#### Une Villa exceptionnelle

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise dans cette villa en tant que famille de six personnes. La maison était très propre et bien équipée. La vue depuis la terrasse sur la côte sauvage et les grandes vagues est exceptionnelle. On entend les vagues se briser contre les rochers jour et nuit. La villa est également très bien située comme point de départ pour des excursions dans le sud et le sud-est de l’île. La communication avec le propriétaire a aussi été simple et nous avons reçu des réponses rapides à nos questions. Nous réserverions cette villa de nouveau sans hésiter !

#### Excellent sejour dans la Villa Ocean

Communication facile avec le gerant qui s est montré disponible. La villa est très bien équipée, lit confortable et climatisation silencieuse. Piscine relativement peu exposée au soleil donc l eau est fraîche mais agreable étant donné les températures élevées. L acces a l autoroute est tres facile et la naissance etait bien situé pour aller a la fois a St Pierre, le volcan et le grand brûlé. Peu de traffic dans les environs proches

#### Vue exceptionnelle !!!

Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 ados, notre séjour a été merveilleux. La villa est superbe, conforme à la description. Olivier est à l'écoute et réactif. Bref cette villa porte bien son nom c'est un vériteble rêve au bord de l'océan.
