The room is very clean and large enough. The beds are comfortable. The only thing is that we smelled strong smoke in our room when the AC and fan are on.

When I arrived to Geneva, I stayed at Nash suites and on the way back I stayed at NH. For the same price NH was not offering room's espresso coffee and a complimentary water(the room needs to be upgraded for that) and the earliest airport shuttle is at 5:50 am (Nash offers at 4:30 am ). My flight was at 7 am , so I had to pay $38.00 for a taxi. Everything else is fine.

Imperfect but great value.
Great value with free airport shuttle. Staff was overwhelmed and busy but friendly. Bathroom door didn’t stay closed, bathroom countertop needed deep cleaning or recaulking. Opened the window as rooms were too warm but smokers are regulars below. Breakfast was about $100 for 4 of us and a good value for Geneva. Still, a great value overall. We would return!

i chose the place because it was close to the airport. the only one that i was disappointed is that required to pay for early check in. but anyways we had a good rest prior to our early flight. We checked out at 3:50am

The hotel is not accommodative of people who smoke. I am a smoker, and if you smell like smoke AT ALL, they will claim that you smoked in the room with no proof, and they will charge you fraudulent charges that are not authorized. Terrible location to stay if they will steal from you.

Okay I had being negative but this place was a hole in the ground. The entrance door was broken, we had bars on our windows. There is a lot of sketchy people in this neighbourhood and you can't walk around. There is nothing to see or do. It is far away from anything and not even that close to the airport. The pictures make it look better than it is. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

The only complaint is that it was a long wait for the NH hotel shuttle at the Aitport. Other hotels shuttles came couple times while we were waiting after 11pm. The shuttle was over crowded due to the long wait. Morning trip back to hotel was fine.

We were picked up promptly by the free shuttle after flight landed and warmly attended to at reception. Lots of advice about Geneva and assistance obtains the Geneva transport pass. We had breakfast which was good with fresh omelettes on request. We dined for dinner and was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely stay again if in Geneva. It was so easy travelling by tram to the city and 10 mins from Balexert where their biggest shopping centre was. Friendly helpful staff

Great stay!
It was very clean. I liked that it has shuttles to & from airport. They picked us up, but was disappointed to find out shuttles to the airport didn’t start til 6am, which didn’t help us since we needed to be at the airport by 5 am. To help us they arranged a taxi to pick us up. They also gave us tickets on the tram to go the center of town, which was a nice surprise. My son said I love this hotel.

What an awful place. The chef refused to cook my steak medium, said it was rare or nothing!. The waitress was also rude. This is not what you expect from a NH hotel. Arrogant rude staff, pathetic attempt at hospitality

After calling for the airport shuttle were disappointed to be bumped for a flight crew. The shuttle really needs to be a little larger. The driver couldn’t have been nicer or more apologetic. He was in an impossible situation. The AC barely worked. Despite our setting it to max cool the room temps gradually crept up from 24 to 25.1 C (that’s 77 degrees F, we were sweating all night) The restaurant was very nice and our dinner was delicious, as was breakfast the next morning.

At first we were given a first floor handicap bedroom. The bedroom shared walls with the reception and we could hear all the noises. The bathroom floor looked dirty and didn’t have a normal shower for us, my husband asked for another room and we were promptly given a better room at the 4th floor. The location is great if you’re going to the airport.

Short walk to the train station and free shuttle to the airport. First room they checked me into hadn't been turned over, but they got me into another room quickly. Booked a taxi for me to the airport since my flight time was outside the free shuttle timeframe. Rooms aren't fancy, but the service is friendly. Would stay here again.

Convenient to airport but the shuttle took 1.5 hours from the time we called for instructions to arrival at the hotel. Room was very nice but the hotel menu was very limited and unreasonably expensive. Wanted to get a glass of wine but no one was manning the bar at 7 PM.
