L'environnement naturel proche de cette maison vous séduira. Un jardin clos avec terrasse couverte complète l'équipement de cette maison. Equipement : salon de jardin, transats, barbecue charbon. Sep 10, 2023 Disliked: Communication #### Maison agréable pour un coupe et des enfants. Petite maison sympa dans 1 village à 10 mns en voiture de St Pierre d’oleron. Beaucoup de passage de véhicules même debut septembre. Locataires, arrêtez de, mettre des blocs détartrant wc ! 2 jours apres notre arrivée, inondations dans wc et refoulement des eaux wc dans douche (matières fécales, pq... horrible. J'ai joué au plombier de 23h30 à 3h du matin. J'ai nettoyé le syphon de douche ( super degueu et archi bouché par cheveux, crasse...) Rien n’y a fait a part que le syphon était ultra propre : c'est quelque chose à vérifier très régulièrement ! sms envoyé à 2h du mat à l’agent car énervée. Celui-ci est venu constaté, mis du destop qui n’a eu aucun effet. Alors une entreprise débouchage est venu et a retiré donc un bloc détartrant wc. Pas de lumière arrière cuisine au bout de 2 jours et jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. Remarques désobligeantes de l'agent à notre départ concernant 1 chambre où saletés, nous avions payé 75e pour le ménage !! Cher de l’heure !! A votre avis, pensez vous que nous allons relouer cette charmante maison pour des prochaines vacances ??? Location en septembre assez chère pour les prestations ##### Christine F. Cadre très agréable, hameau pittoresque. Cour qui permet de partager des repas avec des invités. Sur la photo 2 lis de 2 personne et 1 lit superposé, en fait 1 lit 2 personnes et 2 lits superposés. Du fait de l' âge et surtout de la corpulence de mes enfants (ado de taille adulte), j'aurais préféré 1 seul lit superposé. Du fait du succès de l'ile d'Oléron, un certain passage dans cette toute petite rue mais le hameau en lui-même est très calme.
