This family accommodation is close to the beach (200 m) and shops (La Cotinière port 400 m). The outdoor residence offers a swimming pool with two pools and a paddling pool, open from 15/06 to 15/09 (access with provided wristband). Various activities are offered in July and August. As it is not a campsite, there is no bar or restaurant in the common areas. However, several food trucks are available on weekdays in the residence parking lot. The non-smoking, fully equipped mobile home includes: \- One bedroom with a double bed (140), closet, pillows, blankets, and mattress protector. \- One bedroom with two single beds (90), closet, pillows, blankets, and mattress protector. Bed linen is not provided. \- Roller shutters for darkness. \- Equipped kitchen: dishes, utensils, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, TV. \- Bathroom with small bathtub. \- Separate WC. Outside: \- Pergola with table, chairs, 2-burner gas hob, and electric plancha. \- Parking space for one car. Cleaning must be done by you. Upon arrival, you will be asked for two checks: \- A security deposit, returned after your stay if there is no damage. \- A cleaning deposit, returned at the end of your stay if the accommodation is left in good condition.
