### VILLA ABALONE

This charming house with swimming pool promises you a peaceful holiday, just a few minutes from the Saline lagoon. You will be seduced by its outdoor spaces ideal for moments of conviviality and its living room with exposed beams giving the villa a warm and intimate spirit.  
  
This 80m² villa is ideal for two families with children since it has 2 private air-conditioned bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 single beds.  
  
Guided tour of the Abalone villa:  
  
You enter the property through the garden gate. The exteriors will offer you a pretty 3m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by a deck where you can relax thanks to the 2 deckchairs provided, a relaxation area with stone barbecue as well as a beautiful veranda with dining area and cozy area where you can relax at the end. day. You will also have 2 parking spaces within the property.  
  
On the ground floor of the villa:  
\- A pretty small kitchen open to the living room, creating a large space where it is good to get together.   
(Please note: there is no dishwasher or oven)  
\- In the living room, a pretty comfortable sofa, a flat screen, all in a cocooning atmosphere conducive to rest.  
\- 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed and large dressing room  
\- 1 beautifully decorated bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine  
  
Upstairs :  
\- An air-conditioned and bright dormitory with 4 single beds and large closets. Your children will be happy to meet there to play and relax in good company.  
  
Minimum stay of 4 nights  
House intended for peaceful family use. Non-smoking interior space. Out of respect for the neighborhood, festive evenings not authorized. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.  
  
DEPOSIT: M'JOY Conciergerie uses the secure Swikly online service which allows you to deposit your deposit online, without debit and without impacting your bank limit.
