### Bright house in Saint-Pair-sur-Mer with garden and pets allowed

On the ground floor, a bright living room (TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi) opens onto the south-facing terrace. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.) adjoining the veranda and its relaxation area, a large utility room (multifunction microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine), and a shower room (shower and sink) with toilet. On the first floor, there is a first bedroom (queen-size bed) with a television, a second bedroom (double bed), a third bedroom (two single beds that can be joined together), a washroom, and a separate toilet.  
  
In the garden, there is a terrace where the dining table can be moved outside on sunny days, and a barbecue. Parking is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is provided. Bed linen and towels are available for hire. Cleaning service is optional. Electric heating is included. Located in a rural hamlet and close to the beach (700m for shellfish gathering and 1.8km for swimming), this holiday home is ideally situated in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, just a few kilometers from the seaside resort of Granville: beaches, sightseeing, and hiking await you! The south-facing veranda allows you to enjoy the small enclosed garden in all seasons.

#### EXCELLENTES VACANCES A SAINT PAIR SUR MER

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Madame Blin qui nous a chaleureusement reçus. Le gîte est bien agencé, avec tout le confort et une véranda ainsi qu'une terrasse où il fait bon se reposer un moment pour profiter du petit jardin et du calme. Les promenades sont très nombreuses. Il y a de quoi occuper les grands et les enfants, de la visite de Granville, jusqu'au Mont Saint-Michel et les commerçants de Saint-Pair sont particulièrement accueillants. Un gîte à retenir et à revenir.
