On the ground floor: living room, kitchen and pantry, 1 bedroom with access to balcony-terrace (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 single bed 90x190 cm - height less than 1m80 in places due to the beams)), bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet). On the 1st floor: large open room including a TV lounge on the mezzanine, 2 bedrooms closed by a curtain (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (bathtub and toilet). On the 2nd floor (height less than 1.80m): 1 dormitory on the mezzanine (4 single beds 90x190 cm). An authentic chalet with incredible character, perched on a 10-hectare mountain pasture at an altitude of 1,450 m, with an exceptional panoramic view of Mont Blanc. La Reine des Aravis lives up to its name and invites you to enjoy an immersive and disconnected experience, on a vast plot of land equipped with a campfire, barbecue, and picnic tables. The interior, remarkably renovated and decorated, offers four sleeping areas as well as two cozy lounges: one around a crackling fireplace, the other dedicated to relaxation with a television. A true paradise for those seeking absolute calm, far from the hustle and bustle, to the soothing sound of the bells of grazing herds. An adventure worth earning, accessible after 3 km of mountain track suitable for motorized vehicles by seasoned drivers, or on foot for the more adventurous. Enjoy an immersion in the heart of the Val d'Arly in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, starting with a peaceful hike on the Carrés loop, directly accessible on foot from your address: an easy route offering spectacular views of Mont-Blanc and the surrounding mountain pastures.
