Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming duplex apartment for rent in Saint-Nic, redecorated in July 2023, less than 150 m from the beach. It measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen, towels and wifi included, we're waiting for you!

\- Sightseeing: visit the Crozon peninsula, the typical village of Locronan (discover the village with its many galleries, church, small shops and crêperies), the authentic town of Douarnenez (discover the canneries, port, town center and coastal paths), Quimper...
