It offers a sea view from its terrace, and you will only need to cross over to enjoy good swimming and walks on the sand of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer beach. Moreover, you will have all amenities nearby: convenience store, market, and restaurants, thus allowing you to fully enjoy your stay on foot. Its terrace will undoubtedly be your favourite place. You will love savouring the scent of sea spray upon waking, accompanied by a coffee or enjoying summer salads at noon or in the evening. The living area consists of a kitchenette corner equipped with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, open to the dining room, and finally, a living room corner, cosy for a TV break moment.
