« This property has a breathtaking view and is in the perfect location—close to stores and just minutes from the beaches.Fritz, the host, was amazing! The island had just gone through a major storm the day before we arrived, and despite the circumstances, Fritz was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. He even offered us an extra day to make up for any inconvenience, which was so thoughtful and appreciated.I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this...

"Commençons par le positif : la chambre a été rénovée par rapport à l’ancien Mercure, et le personnel est accueillant. C’est tout. Passons maintenant aux points négatifs, et on revient au laxisme ! - La télévision n’est pas bien alignée avec le mur. - Certaines chambres ont de l’eau douce, d’autres non. - Il n’y a que deux oreillers par lit King. - Des verres avec des mégots de cigarettes traînent sur la terrasse. - Il y a de la lotion solaire d’un ancien client. - Les serviettes sont dépareillées ; au début, je me demandais si c’était un tapis. - 2 petit thés pas de machine à café !!!!!!!!!! Je sais que je fais le difficile, mais 330 € la nuit pour ça, il y a un effort de service à faire !"

"La situation de la chambre est désastreuse…dans un coin sombre sans aucune vue…si ce n’est sur une poubelle… Demande à la réception de changer…488$ de plus à régler… Vous êtes passé par hôtel.com, ce sont donc ce type de chambre que l’on vous donne…m’a dit le responsable de la réception… Dialogue de sourd… On ne vient pas à St Martin pour ne pas avoir une vue agréable… me semble t-il… Hôtel americain fait pour les américains…europeens passez votre chemin… Prises de courant américaines Sur 32 chaînes, 1 seule en français, TV5… Sympson Bray est complètement bétonné… il ya mieux ailleurs… "

"Review of Oceans at Little Divi We recently stayed at Oceans at Little Divi and overall, our experience was very positive. The room was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible ocean view. It was a real pleasure to wake up every morning to such a stunning panorama. However, I recommend not opting for the all-inclusive option. The choice of restaurants is very limited compared to what we're used to. There are so many great restaurants on the island of Sint Maarten that I suggest dining out to truly discover the local flavors. On our last night, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach anyone at the hotel to resolve the situation, which was quite disappointing. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, but I would advise against the all-inclusive plan. Enjoy your stay and explore the best of Sint Maarten!"
