Separate toilet. Level - 1: wellness area with sauna - shower - toilet, laundry room (washing machine / dryer), bicycle / ski storage. Garage for two cars of 40m². Close to the road. Sheets and towels included. This modern chalet combines comfort and character. It has a large, bright living room with an open kitchen. Large bay windows, facing south, offer a breathtaking view of the mountains and the massifs of Lauzière, Belledonne and Arves. The mountain atmosphere is warm and cocooning, thanks to the use of noble materials. The interior, modern and authentic, invites relaxation and conviviality. Very comfortable individual chalet on the access road to the Col de la Madeleine and 5 km from the Saint-François Longchamp resort (connected with Valmorel - Le Grand Domaine). Grand Coin Nordic area 12 km away. In summer, Col de la Madeleine 13 km away (access to the Tarentaise valley). Hiking and mountain biking trails near the chalet.
