Le service à la clientèle était très courtois et accommodant, bien qu'un peu lent comme c'est souvent le cas dans les pays du sud. Nous avons pu facilement être changé de bâtiment pour être dans le même bâtiment que les amis que nous accompagnions. La chambre était bien équipée et propre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. La vue sur la mer et le balcon était super. Nous avions le déjeuner continental inclus avec notre forfait Expedia. Toutefois, celui-ci était très de base et ordinaire. Nous pouvions avoir un café ou un jus, ainsi qu'un croissant ou du pain régulier avec confiture. Nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus de variété.
