Located 30m from the ocean and 100m from the port of St Martin in a private pedestrian street and therefore particularly quiet, this studio on the 2nd (and last) floor of a small residence has small views of the sea. It offers great benefits: The living room has a table, a sofa, a TV and a real double folding bed. L appartement, n est ABSOLUMENT pas prévu pour 4 couchages! Trop exigu manque réel de rangement à peine pour 1 personne.. une cuisine très très petite photos trompeuses prise par angle favorable, L immeuble est odorant d humidité et non aéré. Très décevant pour clore le tout un BZ clique clac impossible à refermer très lourd et abîmé Je ne le conseille pas du tout au vu du prix !!!
