### Royal Suite – Experience Château Living

In this peaceful 100 m² retreat, you can watch deer, does, llamas, and kangaroos roam freely in the park from your windows.   
  
The property features 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishes, and more.  
  
Bed linen and towels are included. Breakfast is not included but can be ordered for an extra fee. A continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor.  
  
Cleaning can be done by you or is available for an extra fee.  
  
The 17 m x 7 m swimming pool is open from late May to late September, 9:30 am to 8 pm. The 13,000 m² park delights with deer, llamas, kangaroos, and more.  
  
You are 40 minutes from the Atlantic coast (Pornic, La Baule) and 10 minutes from the Sucé-sur-Erdre water sports center, with charming riverside restaurants.
