Direct access to the beach. This contemporary villa stands proudly in the sand dunes and faces the deep blue. The fully glazed upstairs lounge offers a superb panorama of the tip of St Vaast la Hougue to the St Marcouf islands and makes this cottage unique! The owners have applied themselves to the interior design for your well-being and have paid particular attention to the decoration. The house also has a large plot surrounded by ganivelles. You will appreciate this very privileged location, especially from the large terrace or the veranda. With the tides you can reach the large sandy beach at the end of your garden! A real corner of paradise for your family between St Vaast la Hougue and the famous Utah Beach.
