Par contre ce logement est à éviter en hiver car on a du mal à le chauffer malgré les radiateurs électriques. De plus la salle d'eau est très petite et particulièrement froide. Une rénovation et une isolation s'impose. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie est bonne mais la penderie de la chambre est encombrée d'affaires et manque de cintres. Quartier agréable à 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique . Arrêt de bus tout près. Donc, à recommander sans réserves ##### Marie-Claude L. Je crois que inter est à 15 ou 20 min aussi on a fait que des restaurants il y en a plein dans la rue. Juste point négatif la porte de l entrée du bas claque souvent et assez tôt le matin et la salle de bain un tout petit peu petite mais ça l a fait !
