The hosts were very friendly and their English was excellent. There is an optional charge for cleaning but you can waive this if you tidy up before you leave. We had an entire apartment to ourselves including a private bathroom, bedroom and open plan living/dining room. Double induction hob, cooking equipment, oven, sink, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, knives and forks are all included so you can do your own thing. The building is around 50 metres from the Hoguette beach wich is expansive and leads to several other beaches. The old town of Saint Malo is around 2 kilometres away and can be walked to along the seafront. There is a supermarket around a kilometer away and the hosts provide dollies to help bring your shopping back! If you value your independence and don't want to be situated in the middle of a bustling town then this is an excellent spot, around a 15 minute drive from the ferry port. You need to clean everything before you leave.(Garbage, Bed, vacuuming floor). otherwise they charge you 35euro!!!!! If you can enjoy cleaning all your room before your morning checking out. it’s a good place to stay. oh also the bed isnt made when you arrive. you need to make it everything and before you leave you also need ti remove it.
