Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Saint-Malo, this charming apartment with sea view, 100 meters from the beach, with wifi, 57 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor with elevator, it features a lovely 30 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower).   
  
The apartment is composed as follows:  
\- A 35 m² living room with TV  
\- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
