Cocoonr offers you this charming 45 m² apartment with sea view from the balcony, 100 m from Rochebonne beach, in Saint-Malo, France. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 28 m² living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 28 m² living room with double sofa bed.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and Nespresso coffee maker.  
\- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower
