The location is ideal for exploring the Landes beaches, the Basque Country, Spain and enjoying the attractions of the Landes countryside. You will be assured of having the peace and space you need for a peaceful holiday far from the hustle and bustle of the cities. On a plot of 5000m², you will undoubtedly be seduced by La Maison du Becq, a farm from the 1800s, completely renovated with care to respect its authenticity and history. You will appreciate the balanced mix between the expected comfort and the charm of the old beams and building stones. Created in 2022, this gîte adjoining a second gîte (reference 10802) nevertheless benefits from an outdoor space and a private covered terrace of 18m² with brazier, at the back of the building, which offers you the necessary privacy. This 130m² holiday rental can accommodate up to 7 people. Arranged on one level, it consists of a living room with lounge (TV, Wifi) dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer). This large room serves: - a master suite including a large bedroom with 1 bed 160/190 + 1 bed 90 raised, exclusively reserved for children, - a private bathroom and WC - a bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 + 1 raised bed 90x200 which can communicate with the parental space - a bedroom with 1 bed 140/190 and with TV - a second bathroom with WC, accessible to people with reduced mobility - a third independent WC - a storeroom with washing machine. Sheets, towels and household linen are included as are water, electricity and heating consumption. Complete baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, changing mat) can be provided. A comfortable stay in an authentic Landes house, between ocean and countryside, just 30km from the beaches
