Welcome to your perfect lakeside escape! This fully renovated, modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront cottage is located on stunning Sandpiper Beach, just 45 minutes from Winnipeg, in the peaceful Twin Beaches community on Lake Manitoba.  
Enjoy 100 feet of private lakefront on a beautiful 1 km stretch of sandy beach with shallow, weed-free water-perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or relaxing with your toes in the sand. Whether you're into fishing, kiteboarding, boating, Sea-Dooing, or just soaking in Manitoba's legendary sunsets, this cottage is your year-round home away from home.

3 cozy bedrooms with all bedding provided  
1 clean, modern bathroom (bath towels, hand &face towels and beach towels included)  
  
Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and complimentary coffee/tea, milk steamer and basic spices.

We had a lovely vacation at Autumn’s place this past week. The beach was perfect for my 5yo and had little sandbars in the water, which were so fun!A/C fans worked really well at keeping place cool.We stayed during a cold and windy spell and there were lots of extra blankets to keep warm with. Place was clean and well stocked with everything you could need from home!

Really enjoyed our stay. Pros: easy check in and check out (even got early check in and late check out!), fully stocked kitchen, extremely clean, beautiful yard and private beach, lots of activities to choose from, comfy beds, nice welcome gift, many towels provided, and amazing outdoor shower. Cons: doors to bedrooms and bathroom are 'stuck' and quite loud and tricky to open/close, not enough chairs for indoor and outdoor dining table (indoor had 4, outdoor had 6) so someone always had to eat standing up, but host communicated and responded to our concerns/questions throughout the stay. My family and I would stay here again!
